Hammer Fitness HQ is home of Hammer Fitness Contest Prep, LADYTHEFUP and MANTHEFUP Founded by Fitness pioneer Amer Kamra. Founded in 2012 by Amer Kamra.

Amer Kamra is the owner and founder of Hammer Fitness widely considered one of the top contest prep coaches in the world. Amer Kamra has coached and turned countless people pro in the IFBB Pro League. To add to his impressive resume of wins and creating champions, he studied and learned Resistance training from Tom Purvis in Oklahoma USA in 2019 taking his masters in Resistance Training

Every piece of equipment has been carefully hand picked and selected by Amer Kamra. Unique pieces of exercise equipment that are rare and sourced due to their optimal engineering congruent with humans biomechanics merging two worlds together. Hammer Fitness HQ is home to brands such as Cyber, Nautilus, Atlantis, Precor, Ivanko,, Kaiser and much more.
