We are by appointment only 1-on-1 Personal Training. At this time we are not a public membership gym. Every client trains exclusively with their personal coach.
We are by appointment only, but our trainers work all hours of the day to accommodate your schedule — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all available.
Your training programs and sessions are 100% customized to your biomechanics, goals, and individual requirements. All our trainers are educated in resistance training, biomechanics, and physics to ensure you reach your goal as quickly as possible, injury free.
Amer Kamra is the owner and founder of Hammer Fitness. He is an IFBB Pro, the youngest male pro fitness model in the world, and holds a Masters in Resistance Training from Oklahoma City University.
No — all clients must be accompanied by a personal trainer. This ensures every session is safe, purposeful, and delivers the results you're paying for.
