For as long as I can remember, I was always willing to work hard.

I was the person who would show up, train hard, push through, and do more. But for a long time, I confused doing more with doing better.

I was never someone who grew up heavily restricting myself or being afraid of food — that was never my issue. My issue was that I was doing a lot in the gym without fully understanding what my body actually needed to change.

I was putting in the work. Looking back, I can see I was working hard — I just wasn't always working smart.

When I stopped chasing more

The biggest shift in my journey came when I stopped trying to just do more and started focusing on doing the right things consistently.

Proper resistance training changed everything for me. Building muscle, getting stronger, eating enough, recovering properly, and understanding how to support my metabolism became the foundation.

Building a metabolism, not chasing burnout

Over the years, I've been able to regulate and improve my metabolism by training properly, fueling my body, and building muscle — instead of constantly chasing results through more cardio, more intensity, or more time in the gym.

Where you start Build muscle · fuel properly More cardio · eat less TIME → METABOLIC RATE →
Two paths, two metabolisms — one builds your engine over time, the other grinds it down.

Before, I thought if I wasn't seeing progress, I needed to push harder. Now I understand that progress comes from having structure, intention, and patience.

Effort matters — but direction matters just as much.

My journey taught me that. And it's what I'm here to teach you — because the goal is to build muscle, support your metabolism, improve your body composition, and create a lifestyle you can actually sustain.
